The material for the study was primarily taken from the study produced by Credo House (an excellent resource!), and supplemented as needed to cover certain topics in a bit more detail. The early sessions made use of the copyrighted video material provided by Credo House, which we could not reproduce for you here. Due to COVID-19, the later sessions were taught via livestream by Pastor Marc.

A Wednesday evening lesson addressing this often misunderstood series of wars in the Middle Ages. We take a look at the events leading up to The Crusades, the motivations of the Crusaders, and the impact these events had on history and Christianity.

On December 18th, 2019, we took a look at the origins of Christmas as an official holiday and some popular practices associated with it, addressing questions such as: Is Christmas a copy of or Christianized version of a pagan holiday? Is the use of decorated trees rooted in idolatry? Where did the idea of Santa come from? Why is Christmas celebrated on December 25th?
