We encourage our church family who remain at home to continue to tithe and support our church.  Anyone who wishes to may drop off their tithes at the Moody Bank and specify it is tithes for the LHBC account or send checks to church address: 1155 Liberty Hill Rd, Moody, TX  76557.

 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

BACK OF THE BULLETIN

Ladies Bible Study and Prayer Group

The Ladies’ Bible Study includes all ladies who attend the church and in the community. We meet twice a month, on the second and fourth Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Bonnie leads the second Thursday gathering to study the Bible using The Bible Recap. She also sends out a daily devotional based on the Bible reading designated in the book. If you are not in the text group and would like to receive these daily devotionals, please give Bonnie your phone number, so she can add you to the group.

The Bible Recap follows a chronological Bible reading plan and has a short daily recap by the creator and host, Tara-Leigh Cobble. In the book, she highlights and summarizes the day’s Bible reading in a casual, easily understandable way.

Susan Amthor leads the fourth Thursday gathering to study prayer in the Bible and develop a ladies’ corporate prayer group to pray for the leaders and members of the church, community, our state, and this great nation, and for things that are on each lady’s heart and mind.
