This week we take a look at the issues and arguments surrounding abortion, why it is unquestionably wrong from both a secular and Christian point of view, and what Christians can do about such an evil practice in our midst.
As followers of Christ, we know that we are supposed to worship God, but why is this? What does it mean to worship? Is “worship” only – or mostly – about singing? Doesn’t it make God look egotistical to demand we worship Him? In this message, these questions and more get addressed.
We all know we are supposed to talk to God, but we don’t … Not as we should. What are the reasons we don’t pray? How should we think about praying? And what can we do to help us pray more as we should?
As we transition into a new year, it is good time to reflect on who we are as followers of Christ. In this message we take a look at how life in Christ looks compared to life in the world, and how now being citizens of God’s Kingdom we ought to live accordingly.
Christ came to reconcile a rebellious mankind back to our creator. The coming of Christ heralded that a Light was shining into the Darkness, giving us hope of a better day to come.
Christ is he Word of God and the Light of the World. As He shines into this fallen and broken world, He can illuminate our path so that we need not fumble about through the darkness.

As Light of the World, Jesus illuminates the struggle we have against the Darkness and sin both in the world and in our own hearts, and He helps keep that darkness at bay so that we may more closely follow Him.
As we begin the Advent season, celebrating the birth of Christ, we take a look at the ways in which God shines light into the darkness of the world, and specifically how Christ brings that light to fallen mankind.
